£875.00 | 12th - 14th October, 2025 | Fully Booked
Join the Waiting ListThe dramatic landscape of Eryri (Snowdonia) falls within one of Britain’s most loved National Parks. This region of North Wales is a brooding landscape of mountains, lakes and historic castles, all of which make irresistible subject matter for photographers. The island of Anglesey boasts some of the UK's most dramatic coastal scenery, with sheer cliffs, rocky shorelines and classic lighthouses.
During this 3-day workshop we will be staying in Menai Bridge Village, just on the Anglesey side of the Menai Bridge. From our comfortable base in The Anglesey Arms, the highlights of both Snowdonia and Anglesey are all within easy reach. Included in the price is 3-course dinner (Sunday & Monday) and a hearty Welsh breakfast and packed lunch (Thursday & Friday). For comfort and convenience, transport is via car sharing.
During the workshop you will be under the guidance of two of the UK’s leading professional landscape photographers, Drew Buckley and Mark Bauer. With a maximum group size of 8, plenty of individual attention is guaranteed. During the workshop, we will photograph views of Snowdon and the iconic Tryfan, as well as several of the national park's beautiful lakes. We will venture into the imposing Devil’s Kitchen, and also explore the Anglesey coastline, including Penmon Point, South Stack and the hauntingly beautiful Llanddwyn Island.
Early autumn is one of the best times of the year to photograph landscapes, and Snowdonia & Anglesey are no exception. At this time of year we can expect favourable conditions, with good opportunities for morning mist hanging in the valleys and colourful coastal sunsets. This promises to be a fantastic few days of photography…
