£775.00 | 16th - 18th October, 2025 | Fully Booked
Join the Waiting ListCovering a vast and varied landscape, Bannau Brycheiniog (the Brecon Beacons) is one of Southern Britain’s most spectacular National Parks. As well as its familiar mountain and moorland areas, Bannau Brycheiniog is a rich landscape consisting of rivers and woodland waterfalls, rolling countryside and peaceful canal ways. We will be visiting during the Autumn to photograph the landscape at its very best, with autumnal foliage and hopefully morning mist hanging low in the valleys.
Throughout the workshop we will spend time photographing some of the area's most photogenic locations, including Llangorse Lake, Llangattock Escarpment and the beautiful woodland rivers near the village of Ystradfellte, considered to be one of the UK’s finest areas for waterfalls.
For this 3-day workshop we will be located close to the market town of Crickhowell, staying at The Manor Hotel, known for its great hospitality and excellent, locally-sourced food. Included in the price are 2 nights' dinner, bed and breakfast accommdoation, and packed lunches on days 2 and 3. For comfort and convenience, transport is via car sharing.
On this workshop your tutors will be Mark Bauer and Drew Buckley. Mark and Drew will ensure that you are guided to the best locations at the right time, and will always be on hand to offer tuition to help you get the best out of your visit to the Bannau. The workshop will also include a lightroom tutorial and – if time allows – the opportunity to have your pictures expertly critiqued.
Group size is strictly restricted to 8 people, so a large amount of individual attention is guaranteed.
